Our mission is to empower couples with the tools and knowledge they need to build and sustain strong marriages, form families, and build community while offering hope and healing.

Our vision is to see a society full of married couples living God’s plan for marriage so that the joy, sanctity, and permanence of the sacrament may be realized and preserved. We believe that strong marriages lead to healthier families, and healthier families contribute to a stronger society.

Our goal is to preserve the marriage covenant, build strong families, and lower the divorce rate by helping individuals discover the beauty and grandeur of the vocation to love and the service of life through marriage, family, church, and community.

TEACH

We teach couples and individuals God's plan for marriage and how it is to be lived so that joy and happiness can be the result.

EQUIP

We disciple couples and show them how to disciple each other and live out what it means to be a helpmate.

TRAIN

We train others to become Marriage Disciples so they can assist in teaching and equipping others.

The Alexander House Apostolate is a Stewardship Organization

People typically regard stewardship as a phrase to describe fundraising. However, stewardship is a way of life, where as fundraising is focused on raising money. Stewardship is the job of supervising or taking care of something. The Alexander House has been called to be stewards of the truths that God, through, the Holy Spirit has given to it and its stewards. As we read in the parable of the talents, we see that the talents did not belong to the servant. In fact, they were given to him by the master. In essence, they were given to be used and not to be wasted. Therefore, our “talents” are not our own and they, too, were given to be shared.
